Terms of Service 2025

Hello and thank you for considering a commission from me! These terms are to protect me as an artist, and by working with me you are automatically agreeing to all terms listed below. Failure to follow terms will result in a permanent blacklist, meaning I will not work with you again.

General Terms & Payment

-I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

-I only accept USD currency and accept most forms of payment

-Payment plans are not available

-Payment must be done upfront. I will not begin a commission without payment

-I offer full refunds before work has started, but once work has begun I will only refund a portion of the funds. I have the right to deny full refunds when work has already started

-My work is to not be used in any AI programs

Ordering & Commission Progress

-When submitting an order, please be clear and to the point about what you are looking for

-I will always send a work in progress sketch of your commission for your approval in order to continue with the final composition

-Commission times vary depending on current workload and can take anywhere from a week to 3 months to complete

-I do not work with deadlines unless specifically needed

-I reserve the right to refund you during the commission process at any time

After Your Commission

-After your commission is complete, requesting additional edits will come with a fee

-I reserve the right to to post your commission online and may use/modify your commission as an example or in a sample image/price sheet

-If you have an issue with your commission, contact me directly privately. I will always do my best to fix any issues

-If the issues with your commission are on your behalf for not communicating in the initial commission inquire there will be a fee for edits

Copyright & Harassment

-You may not edit/alter/change my artwork without my explicit permission

-Copyright of all my artwork still belongs to me

-You may not use my artwork to make a profit. This includes but is not limited to t-shirts, prints, stickers, logos, etc

-Harassment or hostile behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This will result in being blacklisted, blocked, and your commission will be refunded (minus any work already done)
